• Development services, includes material selection and advise on design to manufacture
• Tooling and automation, sourcing of moulds and design and manufacture of all automation equipment.
• Product validation – IQ, OQ, PQ.
• Precision injection molding
  • All IMM’S service, calibrated and qualified /validated annually
  • Scientific Molding utilized, including change over to hold by cavity pressure where necessary.
  • Part containment , by cavity pressure monitoring (RJG Edart) or SPC, utilizing part diverters or robots
